| Spinning® This class is a fun, high paced and exciting adventure on a specially designed Spinning® bike. The class is taught by one of our certified spin instructors. It is designed for both the beginner spinner as well as advanced spinners. The intensity of your ride is under your control. This allows all who participate to spin at their own maximum capacity. The class is taught in the dark with special effects brought to life along with energizing music. If you ever wanted to experience fun while working out hard this is the class for you. You must call to reserve a bike. BRING WATER. IT IS MANDATORY!!! THERE ARE SPECIAL HEART RATE TRAINING CLASSES Heart rate monitors are MANDATORY in these special classes!! We highly recommend for all classes. |

30/30 This class is 30 minutes of upper or lower body training with intense abs with 30 minutes of Spinning®. You must have water for the spinning portion of the class. Classes will have either 30 minutes, Sculpt, Body Wedge or PILATES- MAT Work. |

Sculpt Total muscle fitness! This is a class designed to work your upper and lower body using free weights, body bars and therabands. We incorporate floor work to include an ABSolute Ab workout. You will be challenging each body part to it's maximum potential and most importantly having fun. Designed for all levels. |

Rebounding A 30 or 45-minute high energy aerobic class on specially designed aerobic rebounders (mini trampolines). Choreographed fun and no stress on your joints. Fun for all levels but be prepared to work and SWEAT. Feel like a kid but workout like an animal. |

Wedge Sculpt This is a fun, comfortable, yet intense way of working our abs, butt, thighs, Legs, triceps chest, back, EVERYTHING Using the body wedge allows us to use our own body weight and strength for resistance. The higher you go on the wedge, the more resistance you have. Also, adding weights and body bars to this class allows us to increase the intensity even more. The wedge allows us to work muscle groups on an inclined soft surface .ooh- we love that burn. |

Kickboxing This is an intense full body class that incorporates boxing and weight training. Using powerful upper body and lower body martial arts along with weights assists us in this powerful cardio/strengthening class. This is a fun, challenging workout for all levels. BASIC MARTIAL ART TECHNIQUES WILL BE TAUGHT. Drills will be incorporated into various classes. |
